Configure CAMA refresh with x64 machines

1. Set the refresh within the Landisc™ Administrator
2. Remove the alias from the BDE Administrator
3. Create an alias with the 64bit ODBC Administrator called IASLandisc
4. Create an alias with the 32bit ODBC Administrator called IASLandisc
