How to set my own filters and create a report as a text file?
This example will create a user defined report that will show you what improved residential parcels do not have images.
- Launch the Landisc Maintenance System application
- From the menu select SEARCH then SET FILTER then USER DEFINED
- Select DCO in the FIELD box
- Select CONTAINS in the OPERATOR box
- Type D in the VALUE box
- Click the
button
- Select AND in the JOIN box
- Select PROPERTYTYPE in the FIELD box
- Select IS EQUAL TO in the OPERATOR box
- Type R in the VALUE box
- Click the
button
- Click the
button
- After a short period a message will appear stating how many parcels match your filter, click the OK button
- Click the
button
- A message will appear asking if you want to use this filter, click YES
- From the menu select REPORTS then SHOT SHEETS
- Do not change the defaults and click NEXT twice
- Select RECORDS WITHOUT IMAGES
- Click NEXT
- After a longer period a message will appear stating how many parcels match your filter (please be patient!), click the OK button
- Click the TEXT FILE button
- Select the directory you would like to save the report to and then click OK
- After a short period a message will appear stating when the SHOT SHEET text file is located, click the OK button
- Click the CANCEL button
- Close the Landisc Maintenance System application
