How to set my own filters and create a report as a text file?

This example will create a user defined report that will show you what improved residential parcels do not have images.
  1. Launch the Landisc Maintenance System application
  2. From the menu select SEARCH then SET FILTER then USER DEFINED
  3. Select DCO in the FIELD box
  4. Select CONTAINS in the OPERATOR box
  5. Type D in the VALUE box
  6. Click the button
  7. Select AND in the JOIN box
  8. Select PROPERTYTYPE in the FIELD box
  9. Select IS EQUAL TO in the OPERATOR box
  10. Type R in the VALUE box
  11. Click the button
  12. Click the button
  13. After a short period a message will appear stating how many parcels match your filter, click the OK button
  14. Click the button
  15. A message will appear asking if you want to use this filter, click YES
  16. From the menu select REPORTS then SHOT SHEETS
  17. Do not change the defaults and click NEXT twice
  18. Select RECORDS WITHOUT IMAGES
  19. Click NEXT
  20. After a longer period a message will appear stating how many parcels match your filter (please be patient!), click the OK button
  21. Click the TEXT FILE button
  22. Select the directory you would like to save the report to and then click OK
  23. After a short period a message will appear stating when the SHOT SHEET text file is located, click the OK button
  24. Click the CANCEL button
  25. Close the Landisc Maintenance System application
